Services

Feeding yourself and your baby brings questions at every stage and you don’t have to figure it out alone. Whether you’re preparing to breastfeed, facing challenges, or navigating postpartum and beyond, I am here for you.

I offer comprehensive lactation care and personalized feeding support including functional feeding assessments, bottle‑feeding and pumping guidance, oral restriction evaluation and habilitation, prenatal education, management of oversupply or low supply, weaning assistance, and more.

I provide personalized nutrition care for preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum to meet increased nutrient needs, support fetal growth, and promote appropriate weight gain. I address common pregnancy symptoms (nausea, heartburn, constipation), manage gestational diabetes, and offer guidance to support milk supply. I also provide complementary feeding advice for introducing solids. Care is tailored to align nutrition with fertility goals, pregnancy and breastfeeding needs, and family preferences.

I serve Manhattan, Hudson, Bergen, Morris, Essex, and Passaic counties in‑home or virtually; virtual consultations are available if you live outside the area.
