Hi, I’m Zoe
Registered Dietitian
Certified Lactation Counselor
& Founder
I provide inclusive, nonjudgmental care tailored to each family’s feeding and wellness needs. Caring for parent and infant is a team effort, so I welcome collaboration with your medical providers to coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based guidance that supports better feeding outcomes.
As a Registered Dietitian and Lactation Consultant, my recommendations are grounded in current research and shaped by real-life experience. I offer practical strategies that fit into your daily routine, helping you build sustainable habits and feel confident in your body and in the choices you make.
My approach to feeding is compassionate and pragmatic: breastfeeding should be comfortable and positive. Feeding your baby — whether by breast or bottle — is a meaningful bond, and I honor and support each family’s choices, tailoring care to your unique situation.
I’m also a passionate foodie. Food nourishes the body, fosters connection, and helps us feel good. When we enjoy what we eat, we thrive. At Z Rose Wellness, health is personal and every journey is unique — my goal is to help you move forward feeling informed, steady, and supported.

How I Got Here
My passion for nutrition began in high school after being diagnosed with gastrointestinal-related issues. After years of searching for answers, I finally found healing through an integrative approach, where food became medicine. These early experiences shaped my belief that truly personalized care can transform lives so. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others feel their best through this same holistic approach.
I earned my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Indiana University, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and completion of my Dietetic Internship at Tufts University and Tufts Medical Center. During this time, I also became a Certified Lactation Counselor.
Since then, my expertise has developed in supporting maternal and fetal health, guiding women and families through life’s most transformative stages. With experience in the clinical, private practice, and community health settings— I’ve helped individuals navigate nutrition, pregnancy, chronic conditions, and long-term wellness.
My journey has shown me that healing is never one-size-fits-all. Today, I help individuals and families build sustainable plans that support both physical and mental health. By focusing on realistic strategies and meaningful education, I aim to remove the overwhelm and help you feel confident in caring for yourself and your growing family.
